These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RelayStorm Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by RelayStorm ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using RelayStorm, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RelayStorm is a browser extension that provides workflow automation, relay actions, and productivity tools for Chrome-based browsers. The extension processes data locally within your browser environment.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RelayStorm extension for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
  • Not use the Service to automate interactions that violate any website's terms of service
  • Not distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission
  • Not use the Service for any malicious, abusive, or harmful activities

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by RelayStorm. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RELAYSTORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelayStorm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the extension or our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
